After working out at Gold’s Gym and having my body dwarfed and ego crushed by women who’s biceps outdo my quads, I decided to put together an unofficial list of freakishly huge women. They’re taking over the world - run!!
1. Renné Toney
Renné Toney officially has the largest biceps of any woman in the world. In February 2006, Toney’s biceps were measured at the Arnold Classic Expo. It also looks like she’s packin’.

2. Isabelle Turell
Isabelle Turell’s nickname growing up was “thunder things” because she had huge things on an otherwise small frame. I’m guessing she decided to try to even out her anatomy some and got a bit carried away in the process - her token breast implants hanging lifelessly in bags of skin attached to her pecs and Conan-style jawline tell the tale of a body that’s been pushed beyond it’s natural limits. Her most recent accomplishment was finishing the NPC as the No. 1 USA heavyweight.
3. Maria Calo
This beast of a woman known as Maria Calo was given a very human portrayal in Louis Theroux’s entertaining documentary about female bodybuilders. Though it’s tempting to crack Fabio jokes about her, one must remember that underneath the piles of inflated muscular tissue hides a little girl that wonder’s wtf happened (…steroids?).
4. Cornelia Brandt
Cornerlia Brandt won Ms Universum in 2005 (which I’m assuming is a big contest) and still doesn’t have a wikipedia page about herself - this should tell you something about how difficult it is for a female bodybuilder to achieve fame/success, as well as the challenge for me to find stuff to write about her. This hulking german product likes to drink banana juice and her favorite food is Hefekloesse with vanilla sauce and red und roter Gruetze (aka steroids).
5. Zuzana Korinkova
Last but not least - her biceps looks to be almost the size of Reney Toney’s - we have Zuzana Korinkova (say that three times fast!). She may be short in stature, but that only serves to make her muscles look even freakishly larger. Zuzana Korinkova won 1st price in the 1996 IFBB Grand Prix in Slovakia.

Remember to find out something about a muscular woman’s essence before judging her to be freakish. Supposedly, according to friends, that she is one of the nicest people in the industry. Consider adding a personality comment in any rankings as the woman is always more than just her muscles. Thanks!
I didn’t say she was freakish, I said she was freakishly huge…I’m saying nothing about her personality, just the size of her muscles. She could have the essence of a unicorn for all I know, but she still has abnormally large muscles for a woman - hence the title.
